Upcoming developer meetings​

We have several more community developer meetings booked in for 2026. The following sessions are now confirmed:

  • 19 August 2026 08:00 UTC - Moodle LMS front-end evolution - What theme and plugin developers need to know
  • 09 September 2026 09:00 UTC - Moodle LMS QA cycle - How community contributions to QA testing ensure smooth major releases and strengthen Moodle LMS for us all (and how to get involved!)
  • 14 October 2026 08:00 UTC - Accessible Moodle development - How to develop with accessibility in mind, common issues, and testing

Future sessions​

We will be holding community developer meetings regularly, with a meeting at least every 3 months (more often if we have additional topics or those that benefit from a specific point in our release cycle etc). After the October 2026 session, our next meetings is scheduled for 13 January, further details will be confirmed closer to the date.

If you have a topic you would like volunteer to speak about, please reach out via our speaker nomination form. Alternatively, if there's a topic you would love to hear about, please let us know in the meeting announcement forum discussion, and we will add it to our list of potential meeting topics.
